I have looked at today’s WOD – reminder Workout of the Day – 100 overhead squats men prescribed is 95lbs with a 10 toe to bar penalty if bar comes down form overhead. I know I will be very sore – what have I done!! No one to blame but myself as I started this – maybe I should have waited until after my planned trip to Paris on Friday. Oh well nothing to gain by bellyaching about it. Just do it and recover.
